Albawings airline in partnership with the Italian airline Neos, introduces direct flights from Tirana to New York

In partnership with Neos, ranked the second Italian airline, part of the biggest tourist group “AlpitourWorld” , Albawings introduces direct flights from Tirana  to New York. With a connecting flight in Milan, the city that never sleeps, has now opened a new gate for passengers of this itinerary.

In order to fulfill its mission to provide convenient and affordable travel costs to as many travelers as possible, Albawings airline has added a new partner, a new destination from Tirana and a new service quality, for loyal and new passengers.

Meanwhile American visas for business or tourism purposes, from the previous 3-year term, starting this year will have a  of 10-year term, the United States of America are “The New Europe” for Albanian citizens. By facilitating procedures and creating more opportunities for more individuals, it also allows for the addition of alternatives for more flights to this destination.  Albania is one of the areas with high traffic intensity with Italy and has huge potential for flights from Tirana to New York.

For this purpose the Albanian airline Albawings Airline has signed a mutual agreement with the Italian airline Neos, for two of its four weekly flights Tirana-Milano Malpensa-Tirana, where the connecting flight will take place, to get to the final destination, which is the John F. Kennedy International Airport in the USA. This destination will operate every Thursday and Sunday with departures from Tirana and every Monday and Friday in the opposite direction. Starting August 1st, flight frequencies will be 3 times a week with departures every Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

This agreement, marks an important step since it is the first code of Neos for Milano-New York flight route that is divided to generate a new passenger potential.  In an open world, where nothing is impossible, Albawings airline makes its mark by starting this airline for the first time, as a major challenge in its business history.

With a check-in in Tirana, a short layover in Milan Malpensa airport and facilitating services with luggage transport, now, the two continents are even closer.
